Cars in German Town Found Covered with Nazi Symbols in Blood, Police State

Incident location Affected vehicle Area Law Enforcement
Police stated they were notified by a resident who noticed a vehicle in Hanau marked with red-colored substance

Approximately fifty cars have been covered with what appears to be blood from a person in the German town of Hanau in proximity to Frankfurt, as reported by law enforcement.

Cars, exterior walls and postboxes were marked, occasionally with prohibited symbols, they reported in a official communication.

Police report they were alerted late on Wednesday, when a individual discovered that a car in the Lamboy neighborhood of Hanau had been marked with a reddish fluid.

The substance had been placed in the form of a swastika, they reported.

Officers then found multiple other marked automobiles and house walls in the nearby vicinity.

These symbols are prohibited in Germany under laws banning the visible presentation of symbols from the Nazi era.

Law enforcement say initial examinations indicate the liquid was most likely human blood.

"At present there remains no lead as to its source; authorities are presently not aware of any physical harm in association with the event," they added.

Local authorities stated they were working "to solve the mystery" and have appealed to the community for information.

An important political figure said the incident left him stunned and required to be resolved quickly.

"This act affects the very heart of Hanau and reopens the wounds of the extremist terrorist attack in 2020," he wrote on a platform, recalling the death of nine individuals by a gunman aiming at residents of immigrant origin in 2020.
